When we answer and how it works
Our office takes calls through the week and on Saturdays during the busy stretch. If we’re with a customer when you call, leave a message and we’ll get back to you the same business day. Email works too if you’d rather send photos of the rooms or an inventory list — that’s often the quickest path to a tight flat-rate quote, especially for a high-rise move where we need to know about freight elevators and loading docks ahead of time.
Good things to have ready
- Pickup and delivery addresses (or at least the cities, for a long-distance route)
- Home size — studio, one-bed, three-bed split-level, four-bedroom plateau house, and so on
- Stairs, elevators, long driveways, or anything that affects the carry
- Your target move date, and a backup if you have one
- Any specialty items — a piano, a gun safe, a workshop, a wine collection from out in Woodinville

We’re based in Redmond and cover the whole Seattle Eastside — Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Bothell, and Mercer Island — plus Seattle across the 520 and I-90 floating bridges.
