We supply it all
You don’t need to hit a hardware store or hoard liquor-store boxes for a month. We arrive with cartons in every size, dish-packs with cell dividers, wardrobe boxes, packing paper, tape, and crating materials for the fragile stuff. The materials are folded into your quote, so there’s no separate supply run and no scramble the night before.
How we pack the things that break
- Dishes, glassware, and stemware go in dish-pack cartons with dividers, wrapped individually
- Closets move on the hanger in wardrobe boxes — no creasing, no wet
- TVs, framed art, and mirrors are custom-cartoned or crated for the bridge and freeway haul
- Lamps, electronics, and small valuables are padded and boxed by room, not jumbled together
Labeled so the unload makes sense
Every carton is marked by room before it leaves, so when the truck reaches your Sammamish house or your Bellevue tower, the kitchen boxes go to the kitchen and the bedroom boxes go upstairs — no pile in the garage to sort through for a week. If you want, we’ll unpack at the other end and haul the empty cartons away so you’re not drowning in cardboard.

Plenty of Eastside clients pack their own books and clothes and have us take the kitchen, glassware, art, and electronics — the categories where damage actually happens. We quote it whichever way you split the work, and whatever our crew packs, our coverage stands behind.
One number, packing included
Packing is quoted as part of your flat move figure, sized to the rooms and the fragility, so you see the all-in total before we start taping. The date is held with a $135 deposit that gets deducted from the final bill. Everything we pack rides under released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound, with full-value protection available and up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage on the shipment. Get my free moving quote.

How the price gets set
It begins with a short walkthrough or video estimate, and from your actual inventory we write one flat Eastside rate — no hourly clock buried anywhere in it. What that sheet reads is the whole price, with nothing tacked on once the truck is loaded.
