Redmond Movers is based in Redmond and works the whole Seattle Eastside, plus Seattle itself across the 520 and I-90 floating bridges. We know these towns at street level — which Bellevue towers need a COI and a booked freight elevator, which Sammamish drives are too steep for a 26-footer in an ice week, where the permit parking starts in a Seattle craftsman neighborhood with no driveway. That local knowledge is why our flat-rate quotes hold: we’ve already accounted for the access before you ever see a number. Below are the eight areas we cover most, each with its own quirks, and our own licensed crew handles every one of them end to end.
The eight areas we cover
From the high-rise corridor in downtown Bellevue to the wine-country lots out in Woodinville, the Eastside is anything but uniform, and we move all of it.
- Bellevue — downtown towers and condos, the tech HQ corridor, and the Somerset, Bridle Trails, and Newport hillsides, with freight elevators and COIs handled up front.
- Kirkland — Lake Washington waterfront, Juanita, Houghton, and Totem Lake, from dock-front condos to hillside homes.
- Sammamish — the plateau, large family new-builds, Klahanie, and the long private drives and steep grades that come with them.
- Issaquah — the Highlands and Talus master-planned neighborhoods, Gilman Village, and the garages and basements of the foothill homes around Cougar, Squak, and Tiger Mountain.
- Woodinville — wine country, larger semi-rural lots, Hollywood Hill, and Cottage Lake, with the longer hauls down SR-202.
- Bothell — the North Creek and Canyon Park tech parks, UW Bothell, and the newer townhome clusters split across the King and Snohomish line.
- Mercer Island — the island off I-90, waterfront estates and mature homes, with single-bridge access and tight gated drives.
- Seattle — across the bridges into Ballard, Capitol Hill, and Queen Anne craftsman and Tudor homes with no driveways and permit street parking, plus the downtown and South Lake Union high-rises.
Moving within one of these, between two of them, or out of the region entirely — call the office at the number up top for a flat-rate quote on any of it.
