Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Redmond Movers website and the quotes and information provided through it. Redmond Movers is a licensed Washington household-goods carrier operating under Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) authority and USDOT/MC authority for interstate moves. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through this website or by our office are based on the information you give us about your home size, access, distance, and belongings. A flat-rate quote is honored as long as the actual move matches the details you provided. If conditions change — additional items, different access, a changed address — we’ll re-quote before proceeding so there are no surprises. Your date is reserved with a $135 deposit that is then applied toward your final bill; deposit and cancellation specifics are confirmed at booking.

Our services

We provide local and long-distance moving services performed by our own employees using our own trucks. We are not a broker or matching service and do not subcontract your shipment to third-party carriers. The crew that loads your belongings is the crew that delivers them. Service availability, scheduling, and dates are confirmed directly with our office.

Liability and coverage

  • Every move includes released-value protection at $0.60 per pound per article at no additional charge
  • Full-value protection is available as an upgrade for repair, replacement, or settlement coverage
  • We maintain up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment and carry our own liability insurance
  • Claims are handled in accordance with applicable WUTC and federal regulations
